With Sunshineheart I want to create a place where your soul guides you back home: in your heart. My intention is to help you find your own truth and to accompany you on this journey to yourself.

I feel very blessed and honored to be part of your inner world and I want to thank you for the trust. Every healing session is pure magic for me and I am grateful for doing this ‘work’. I really have found my soul mission and it all started in my beloved Cape Town.

I traveled the first time to this special place in 2024 to join a retreat. I was struggling with health issues for many years and I decided to jump and see what was waiting on the other side of the world.

I instantly felt ‘this is my home’, went through big transformations and found my true self. It was the beginning of a deep awakening. Every part of the ‘old me’ was stripped away to unlock a whole new life. A miraculous experience with his ups & downs.

My dream is to a build a warm community with individual sessions, guidance, ceremonies, workshops, retreats & yoga classes. Your dreams are the ‘real’ reality so let’s make it happen!

Remember, you are the creator of your life. And within yourself there’s always love, light, freedom, peace and happiness.
